You will see two sets of stairs on the right and left leading up onto the main road. Go up these stairs.
At the top turn right onto South Colonade and then walk straight ahead. As you walk you should be able to see the Millennium Dome ahead of you.
Keep following this road to the end of the Canary Wharf estate. At the end there is a grass roundabout called 'Cartier Circle'.
On the far side of the roundabout is a small security guard port-a-cabin. Next to this is a steel staircase leading down.
From the top of these stairs you can see the green Play On Sports sign.
At the bottom of the stairs follow the road along the fence line for about 30 meters and we are on your left hand side.
